We have been very busy around the house getting everything ready for fall. That includes my husband ripping out our dead front lawn and putting down new seed. We also had a mass clean out of the basement, which was the most fun we have had all year, ha! But now we are all ready for fall, and Bryan cannot wait until it is time to put up the Christmas lights.
Henry is getting so big! He has two teeth now, he is on the verge of crawling and is so much fun! He loves playing with all his toys and in his jump-a-roo. His average day includes lots of playing with mommy and eating all the time! He is eating lots of solids, he really loves his carrots and peaches, but he will eat anything, and he gets so excited when we put him in his highchair. I am trying to make as much of the food as I can, but it is harder than I thought!
We spent our first weekend away from H about a month ago, I cried as we pulled out of the driveway, but in the end it was a great time! We headed up to Laramie to watch a UW football game and to hang out with all of my husband's friends from home. It was freezing, and UW lost and I lost my ID, but even with all of that, we were so glad we got to see everyone!
We will celebrate our two year wedding anniversary soon, so we are looking forward to going to Vail next weekend to get away. We are going to go to the spa and a long quiet dinner. Nana and Grandpa Ps are going to stay with H, it is their first night alone with him, so that should be fun. More info to come soon.
We are also planning on a pumpkin patch outing in a couple weeks so that H can pick out his first pumpkin, photos to come soon!
