A year ago!

I was going through my photos on my computer this morning in an effort to round up some pictures for a birthday album for Henry and was shocked to see that these pictures were taken a year ago.

Did I really have a child this small? It is hard to believe that he wasn't walking yet. And now we have a little boy who can walk, run, talk in full sentences (yikes, and he talks NONSTOP), won't sit in a highchair (which is actually kind of nice now that he can sit in a chair or booth while eating), is starting to potty train and getting ready to move into his big boy bed.

Can't believe how quickly time passes. I am sure that by this time next year I will be posting a picture of E and saying all the same things....

Ok! Ok! Ok!

So it has been a while since we posted on the blog. I have been told this many times by friends and family- but really we have an excuse.

With a 22 month old and Katie being 30 weeks pregnant with Elizabeth Ruby, we have been spending time playing and getting our lives ready for sister!

We are beyond excited that we will be adding a little girl to the house (I might be most excited because it meant buying LOTS of new baby stuff). This pregnancy has gone by so much faster than the first time, maybe that is because I have been chasing around this child


We hope to post a little more regularly going forward, and of course once Lizzie gets here we will have to post lots of new pictures!
