Always getting into something....
I think that it must be the pleasure of raising a boy that he is ALWAYS getting into something. If I turn my back for even a second......
He decided to empty out an entire package of baby wipes. They were all over the dinning room and as per usual, he decided to go ahead and suck on these lucky few....
Guess I should know, as soon as it is quiet.... TROUBLE.

Updates
These last couple of weeks have been a whirlwind for us here at the George house.
With travelling, weddings, and family emergencies we have kept busy and the month of April flew by!
Jeff, Bryan's dad, is still in the hospital. They have moved him to the rehab portion of the hospital where he will continue to improve. We aren't sure how long he will be there, but we are praying that it won't be longer than a month or two.
Henry is getting so big! He is now 13 months old (hard to believe that a year ago we were talking about having a one month old!) and is doing lots of new things! He talks non-stop (seriously, non-stop) whenever he is awake, he has learned that he can almost run (yikes, that is scarier than walking I think!) and he has really taken to being outside. Last week when the weather was in the 80s we headed over to a park that has a children's stream to play in- the water was ICE cold, but that didn't stop Henry from deciding that it would be great to get in and play. I made him hold my hand, but he was itching to get in and make a mess... guess we will have a little water baby on our hands this summer.
Other than that we are looking forward to some fun upcoming events- we are headed to Aunt Jayme and Uncle Tyler's wedding reception in Gering, NE this weekend, next weekend we will be celebrating mothers day (can't believe we are already at that point of the summer!) and in June we are headed to CA for 10 days- we will be staying with Bryan's mom at her sister and brother-in-laws house on the lake. Bryan and I will also venture to SF and Napa for a couple of days- sans Henry- our first LONG trip away from baby boy. We are so excited!
Hope that everyone is well and enjoying these first days of spring- it snowed 6 inches here at our house last night, but the sun is out now, so we are headed out to run some errands!
(Henry right before Easter- look at all of those teeth! There are 10 now!)

Jeff
We had a rough weekend here at the George house.
Sunday Jeff had a brain aneurysm. Luckily he was with Linda so they were able to get him to the hospital quickly. At this point we aren't sure what the final damage is, but he has shown AMAZING signs of recovery.
Bryan and I were both so excited that he recognized Henry, bringing us both to tears.
We love you Jeff.

A weekend without Daddy
So this weekend Bryan headed off to see his bestie Brett in Chicago for their annual baseball draft (I hate LOVE baseball season!! Go Rockies)
So Henry and I were left to hang here at the house, and luckily we had a couple of good snow days, which allowed us to stay here at the house and get things organized and cleaned.
We only ventured out twice- once to target and once to have lunch with Miss Natalie and her lovely man Mr. Devin. Henry enjoyed Mr. Devin, Miss Natalie and I enjoyed morning cocktails, I think it was perfect!
Just a couple of photos from the weekend of fun with momma
We were singing his "Jammies" song

Henry having a great time with his new toy from the Smith's. He loves that it has buttons that make noise.
